Demolition and Civils works for transformer replacement.

Works Included:

• Demolition of existing above ground structures
• New helical piles to support transformer foundations
• Construction of 2 new reinforced concrete transformer bunds
• New reinforced concrete pad foundations
• Installation of various reinforced concrete bases
• New cable troughs and ducting
• Excavation & Installation of earthing grid
• Installation of new security fencing, gates and anti - climb measures
• New surface water drainage system incl bund de-watering pumps
• New internal access roads and upgrading of external access road incl surfacing
• Repair and upgrading of existing surface and foul water drainage
• Refurbishment of battery room
