Amistar AZ3 Chemical Plant Refurbishment

Works Included:

• Demolition to sections of concrete floors on three floors and subsequent reinstatement
• Removal of redundant steelwork and renewal of new structural steelwork
• Piling and construction of foundations for supporting steel and major production equipment supports
• Installation of new chemical resistant drainage system
• Facilitating works, i.e. roof removal for equipment installation and subsequent roof renewal, cladding removal and replacement / refurbishment, formation of numerous support plinths and access penetrations
• Drainage and services to major construction village
• All works undertaken while live chemical process plant was in full operation and without disruption to clients on going production
