Redevelopment of Racecourse Facilities

Works Included:

  • Construction of canteen/locker room/shower & changing rooms for Jockeys
  • Stone column piling, steel frame with fibre cement profiled sheet roof, precast concrete 1st floor
  • Glazed front & rear elevations with facing brick gables
  • Facing brick partition walls, suspended ceilings, timber, ceramic tile & vinyl floor finishes
  • A steel stair winds round 3 sides of glass walls of the platform lift
  • Plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning & electrical services
  • Construction of 105 stables, horse shower bays, vet & VBT rooms. The perimeter stables link with the above to form a secure stable yard
