  • 2 storey timber kit construction, a flat roof with single ply membrane & rooflights
  • Rendered blockwork & rainscreen cladding walls
  • Timber windows & aluminium screens with rollershutters & blinds
  • Full electrical, mechanical & plumbing installation with a platform lift
  • Steel stair
  • Fully decorated with carpet & vinyl floor finishes
  • Fitted furniture & examination curtains
  • Bespoke reception counter & medical record storage
  • Desks, chairs & children’s play equipment
