Construction of a new 22,500ft² retail unit with car park and service yard

Works Included:

  • Precast retaining wall system constructed around perimeter boundary
  • Design and installation of piling solution and ground floor slab
  • Steel frame building with cavity wall construction
  • Design and installation of curtain walling and composite panels to roof and walls
  • New service connections—including the additional challenge of directional drilling below busy entrance to neighbouring business
  • New car park construction including permeable parking bays, retaining walls and asphalt surfacing
  • Design and installation of street lighting
  • New concrete service yard and security fencing
  • Soft Landscaping including ongoing maintenance
