• Structural support systems and Ties as per Ancon design
• New service utilities (Water main diversion, Power and Gas)
• Granite sets removal and new entrance levels to suit new openings
• Reconfiguration of hard landscaping and elements of street furniture
• Road closures and hand digging around existing services
• Installation of new lift
• Reconfiguration of escape routes
