Project Description:

Design and build contract, consisting of the construction of three steel frame shell Drive Thru restaurant buildings with all incumbent civil works, service procurement and installation. Also complete refurbishment and reconfiguration of 1600 car space retail car park.

Works Included:

  • Construction of 3nr shell units which will eventually house fast food restaurants and drive thru’s.
  • Excavation piling and upfill
  • All foundations and pad and strip foundations
  • Superstructure includes steel frames with a single ply membrane roof.
  • External walls consist of technal curtain walling and Lignicite blocks.
  • External works consist of new utilities connection to each of the units including all trenching and reinstatement. There is also car park
  • There is also a requirement for landscaping, new external lighting and CCTV works. A construction of a new ramp will take place on the site boundary with in-situ concrete construction and facing blocks. 
  • Reconfiguration of entire 1600 space car park and reinstate all traffic flow surface lining without disrupting retail traffic and shop access
