  • Site clearance including tree removal
  • Reinforced concrete foundation
  • Reinforced concrete floor slab
  • Erection of steel framed building
  • External walls and roof clad with composite profiled steel sheeting and reconstituted stone walling
  • Fairfaced internal blockwork walls
  • Installation of roller shutter doors
  • Formation of new 104 space car park including kerbing, drainage and mono blocks
  • Installation of surface water attenuation system with permeable paving
